Meet The Team

 Founder- Donna Harris

 Donna P. Harris is the only daughter and 2nd child of 4 children.  She learned the value of dedication, hard work and determination at an early age. She was the first in her family to graduate from college with a degree in Business Administration with a concertation in Management.

She is the CEO- Founder of Life After Felony a nonprofit organization geared toward criminal justice, sentencing and prison reforms, Leveraging the unique lessons, she learned from the inside out – literally!  After completing an 8-month federal prison term, fueled her passion to fight for the injustices she witnessed in the prison system.

Donna has chosen every day to do something, say something, in some way that would move the needle of criminal justice reform forward. She did not know that her time in prison, would become a teachable strategy to inspire others to become enthusiastic about change, to find their unique power of resilience during turbulent times.
